Drayage Fee
Incoming Packages and Outgoing Packages:
- $7.50 Per Box
- $125.00 Per Pallet or a Box More than 100 Lbs
- Storage Per Day (After 72 Hours); $5.00 Per Box
Please do not ship boxes for delivery more than 2 days prior to arrival. All boxes received will be logged and a message will be placed on each arriving guest’s room phone. All boxes addressed to Dee McGraw will be opened and treated as tote bag inserts to be disseminated. All boxes addressed to WCSAD will be delivered to the Fiesta ballroom beginning at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 31 for set up.
