2012 WCSAD Specs
Faculty Photos
Please submit a high resolutions photo. Minimum 350 x 350 and 600 dpi or higher. Photos need to be in either jpg, tif or gif formats. Please do send high resolution, otherwise you will not look as fabulous as you should! We will place all faculty photos on the website and the brochures will highlight plenary speakers.
Onsite Program Ad Specs & Sizes
Ads need to be submitted in the following formats: hi res pdf (fonts embedded), tif, eps (fonts converted to outlines), Quark, Indesign or Pagemaker. (Quark, Indesign and Pagemaker will require all support files and fonts to be included.)
Please note that your ad will print in Grayscale (unless you have purchased a Color Ad), so sending it that way is preferred. If you submit your ad in color, we will convert it – which may result in unintended areas blending (i.e., a red box and a blue box may convert to the same shade of gray and look like one large gray box in the final output.) NEEDS TO BE UPLOADED BY March 15th.

Onsite Banner Ad
Email a JPEG or a Photoshop (.psd) file, keeping it 1440x1080 pixels with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi. NEEDS TO BE EMAILED to me ASAP for maximum exposure.

Full Banner Ads must be 775 x 75
Banner Squares must be 150 x 140
jpg, jpeg, are all acceptable formats.
No Flash (swf) files please
Ads will run from purchase date/receipt date until December 31, 2012
Souvenirs and Bag Inserts
We anticipate packing about 250 tote bags this year.
Your inserts should arrive no earlier than Thursday, May 24th and no later than noon Tuesday, May 29th.
(Please remember than Monday is Memorial Day and there will be no mail service). Please email me when you packages were shipped and please give a tracking number and a way to get in touch with you if I cannot locate them at the hotel). Please send to:
