In an effort to help increase the return on investment for our generous exhibitors and sponsors, WCSAD offers a VIP Program.
Take advantage of this new tool to enhance your marketing efforts. This is how the program works:

Each exhibitor has up to 20 Discount Symposium Registrations to offer to anyone -- clients, potential clients, staff, that person that won’t call you back!

Your organization’s VIP Code entitles the user to a discounted attendee registration fee to WCSAD. Full CEs (fee for Main Symposium only – Pre-Symposium is extra).

Use or create a template to distribute to contacts.

Access a list of those who have utilized the code at any time to determine which of special guests will be coming. Send them an e-mail to stop by your booth for something special that you might save for them.
This program works like any discount program - just send the code to prospective attendees and they will go to www.WCSAD.com and register as Exhibitor VIP Special Rate (Enter VIP Code).
Attendees enter their contact information and select which workshops they would like to attend. They will pay for their own registration fees; your code just allows them access to the discounted fee.
Special Exhibitor Discounts
C4 Recovery Solutions is the only host to gather purchasing power and extend you discounts from vendors for products and services that are not only of exceptional quality, but are useful. This is another effort to increase your return on investment for partnering with C4 and its conferences. These include the special discount of 25% off FedEx Kinkos services for our Exhibitors and Sponsors as well as 20% off Postupstand.com products. New for 2012, we will be providing a platform for faculty to submit an article or column to be featured on the WCSAD website as well as Facebook and our other Social Media.
Exhibitor Lounge
Located discretely within the exhibit hall, exhibitors will find a perfect spot to take a break or meet with a client just steps away from your booth in the Exhibitor Lounge area. Meeting tables will allow you to have conversations with potential clients or your staff. The WCSAD Business Development staff will be available to answer questions, provide assistance and accept renewals for the WCSAD 2013 Annual Conference.
