Fernando Rodriquez, MBA, MA, CIPP, CPC originally from San Juan, Puerto Rico, has spent nearly two decades honing his craft of facilitating positive change for individuals and complex family systems. He has served in leadership roles in both clinical and operational aspects of the behavioral health industry over the last 16 years, in both community mental health and private chemical dependency facilities. Fernando uses his rich clinical expertise to help people understand their wounds and guides them to see that repair is possible. Fernando has worked with diverse populations, from indigent inner-city to affluent individuals and their families. His vast clinical experience includes working with individuals facing traumatic brain injuries, personality disorders, eating disorders, sex addiction, hoarding and complex trauma. Fernando's education includes a master's in addiction and mental health counseling, as well as extensive training in different therapeutic modalities. Fernando is currently working at DOYEN Consulting group, a behavioral consulting firm, facilitating change for individuals and families struggling with a wide range of clinical needs. He also facilitates at The Glass House and Leadwell retreats different personal growth and trauma intensives, for those seeking to increase their relational alignment within themselves and those around them. He believes that everyone has a 100% chance to access their resilience, given the appropriately nurturing conditions.
